My stay was fantastic, thanks to the hotel's unique industrial design and absolute cleanliness. The room was well-appointed, complete with an exceptional rain shower experience that made it feel luxurious. Each detail, from the decor to the attentive staff, contributed to a memorable stay. I only wished for a bathing amenity like a soaking tub to enhance comfort further.

The Standard King Room was super comfy, and the rain-down shower was out of this world! We also took advantage of the fantastic massage services at the spa and loved the delicious breakfast options available downstairs. One little hiccup was that the bathroom scale wasn’t functioning, but it didn’t put a damper on our stay at all. 😊

I loved the unique rusting metal decor that made the hotel feel special and not like every other place. The ambiance set a great tone right when I walked in. The staff was incredibly kind, especially Teri at the front desk who helped me secure a reservation at Provision last minute, which was impressive. The valet team, including Will and Idris, added to the positive experience with their friendliness. The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options in walking distance, from fancy spots to local gems. One downside was the bed. it felt a bit stiff for my liking, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. Another issue was the shower. it had great water pressure, but the drain worked poorly, leading to some flooding. I wished the parking had been covered, especially with the stormy weather we encountered. Despite these few hiccups, I would definitely return for another stay. The atmosphere and staff made it so enjoyable.

Ironworks Hotel Indy offers a clever boutique concept with pleasant staff and excellent towels. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable, making my business trip enjoyable. The food options were top-notch, especially the breakfast served at RIZE, which featured freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to my work-related sites.
